Physical orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3–11 business days after processing, depending on the item, destination, carrier, and supplier availability. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Tracking information will be emailed when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly through our Contact page if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Download instructions are sent after payment is confirmed.

Lora’s Infinite Passions currently ships to eligible United States addresses shown at checkout. Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed before payment. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
